I've probably bought two or three things I wouldn't otherwise have bought because of the blog, as well as showing up to the Art Trail open house. Probably the biggest advantage is that it gets me to come back on a regular basis, because I expect to see and read something new. It is much less common that I say, "Ah, why don't I take another look at those nice pictures in Bill's portfolios." (Although I DO say that to myself every now and then.) Nice blog, it has a purpose and a function... mine has a purpose but not as much function so I can see where yours has value. I see as well that you are getting comments which means you are getting traffic, something harder to build than a blog. Do you feel you are getting measurable results for your blogging efforts... monetarily that is?
